金銀花（忍酒）
６月末に畑の脇の植え込みから摘んできた花を焼酎に漬け込んだのを、昨日は中の花を取り出して試飲してみた。
何も入れない普通の焼酎より、意外とうまかった。
愛知には最古の銘酒としてこれがあり、長寿の徳川家康が愛飲したらしい。
